• "We're leaving tomarrow, so we should make the most of today!" Himeko said when she called all of us to a "group meeting". I was sitting next to Yoichi with his arm around me. Rei and Cruz were sitting close together while Jun'ichi was yawning, and Jing and Hideki were practically trying to kill eachother. Something about snoring too loud. Alice and Alyss were sitting next to eachother, like always. "So? What should we do?" I asked. "A barbeque!" Himeko yelled. "With meat!!!" Jing yelled suddenly, flipping Hideki over. "What do you think?" I asked Yoichi. Yoichi shrugged "I'll go if there's fish." he said seriously. I giggled a bit. "Of course there'll be fish!" Himeko said. I could see Yoichi try to hide a grin. "Sound like fun!" Alice and Alyss said in unision. "Whatever." Hideki said. "I'm in if Rei is." Cruz said. Rei blushed, but nodded and said "I'm in." Jun'ichi sighed "Whatever." he said. "Perfect, now to get everything ready!" Himeko yelled, and we did. It didn't take long. We were out and eating in just an hour. Yoichi was stuffing his face with fish and Hideki and Jing were stuffing theirs with meat. I slipped away when everyone else was distracted. I climbed up a tree and sat on one of it's large, sturdy branches that were close to the ground, but far enough away not to be seen. I saw Yoichi finish up and go inside the house while yawning. I saw Hideki and Jung fight over the last piece of meat. Someone wrapped their arms around me waist. "You spying on everyone?" whispered a voice behind me. "Yoichi!" I said. "'Sup, sweetie." he said and nibbled my ear. I blushed "Let go!" I hissed. He let go, which suprised me until he started kissing my neck, than my back. "H-hey!" I whispered. Alice, Alyss, Cruz, Rei, Hideki, Jun'ichi, and Himeko were still down there. He started nibbling my ear again. "I thought you went into the house!" I whispered. "I did, but than I jumped out the window, snuck over here, climbed the tree, and plopped myself behind you." he whispered back. "How did you know I was here?" I asked. "Are you kidding me? I saw you slip away." he said. "H-how?" I asked. "Well, I was whatching you." he replied. "That sound stalkery." I said. "First I'm a pervert, than I'm an idiot, than I'm both, now I'm a stalker?" he asked and sighed. "No, you're all three." I said. "Oh, really. Than you're....you're....s**t I can't think of anything." he muttered. I giggled quietly "You say that like I'm perfect." I said. "Well, maybe you are." he whispered in my ear, tightening his arms around my waist. "I-idiot." I muttered, blushing. All of a sudden, his tail wrapped around my waist, I turned, his ears were there, but his eyes didn't have the usual stars in them. "Yoichi?" I said, a little confused. "I don't need to be tempted by fish or catnip for my ears and tail to come out. Remember that night I came in to your room?" he asked. I blushed a bit "Yeah." I said "I had them out than and I wasn't tempted by anything." he said. "I get it! Now, can you please get off me?" I whispered. "But that's no fun!" he said, holding me closer to him. "I-idiot! What are you doing?!" I hissed. He had turned me around, put his hands around my legs abd waist, and lifted me up. He backed up against the tree center, and started going up the tree by jumping from branch to branch. "What are doing?!" I hissed when he stopped. He shrugged "I wanted to be alone with you, I geuss, with no one else around." he said and looked through the leaves at the setting sun. His hands were tight around me and my skirt was flipped up a bit. "H-hey." I said as his hand went up on my legs. "Can't help it." he said. "Than put me down." I said. "Now, why would I do that?" he smirked. "Yoichi." I warned. "Alright." he sighed, and set me down. Before I could step back, he wrapped his arms around my waist and held me tight into him. "Yoichi!" I hissed. "Don't worry. I just want to kiss you." he said, turned me around and kissed me full on the lips. He immediatly took away his lips. "What's wrong?" I asked. "Our friends spotted us. They're trying to sneak up on us." he chuckled. "What do you want to do?" I asked, grinning. "Turn the tide!" he said. We quietly dissapeared from their sight. We saw them looking around for us in the trees as we reached the ground behind some trees. "Ready?" he asked. I nodded, we snuck up behind them, and then yelled "What are you doing here?!" They all jumped back, afraid, than got mad as they saw it was us. "What do you think you doing?!" Himeko yelled. "Shouldn't we be saying that? You guys were trying to sneak up on us." Yoichi pointed out. Everyone got quiet at that. I suddenly burst out laughing. After a moment of surprise, everyone joined in. That was the last day at the lake house. We went home the next day.
