The only issue I have with this is that you should not use "dream" under the dream section, "desire" under the desire section, and that you totally overwhelmed the wish section with the same word.
I would edit the poem and use the words "desire" and "dream" to describe Wish, "wish" and "desire" to describe Dream, and "Dream" and "wish" to describe Desire.
