She that was once whisked away with the breeze,
Lies soundly in a field of blossoming poppies.
The sun above warms her face, serene,
And the chill of the night is long gone, it seems.
In a trance quite enchanting she fails to see
The shadows of doubt at the edge of her dreams.
Her friends, they all lay scattered around her.
Asleep, they do not know that evil has found her.
But in the distance, a pearly glow…
The faint iridescence begins to grow.
A guardian, laced in a subtle rose
Wakes the girl with a flurry of snow.
She knows there’s no time and she must go
To find a city of emerald and stone.
It’s her only way to get back home.
Because there’s no place like home…
There's no place like home.
