Gale walked into his new shop and looked around. Cid quickly went to work on his crystal training. "Hmmm.... there isn't much to this place but it'll do...." Gale searched around and found a large sheet of metal. "Make me a sign.... Demon Hunter's Forge..." Cid nodded and set the metal aside. Gale checked through the inventory of the metals and organized them all. He sighed and watched Cid finish his crystal hammer. "Whatcha think Kid?" Gale looked it over and swung it a few times. "Nice...." Cid smiled. That was the first time Gale had approved of any of Cid's crystal work. Gale tossed it to him and unsheathed his swords. "Now lets test it." Cid nodded and they walked outside. "Loser takes Lenn's job for tomorrow." Cid sighed and nodded. "Bring it kid." Gale swung and struck the hammer. The swungs dug in nearly an inch and stopped. Gale smiled as the hammer quickly began to change. "Decana.... Hammer of the Fabled Lynx..." Cid looked it over. "No point in going on now... It would be like a replay of the first time we fought..." Cid shook his head. "Maybe so.... but we have't sparred in a long time." Gale agreed. "So then Old Man.... lets go then.... That is... if you think you can keep up." Cid glared. "Bring it." Gale and Cid smiled. Gale swung his swords at Cid. Cid's hammer had two heads to it now. The inside had formed a chain and Cid could pull it into two hammers linked by the chain. Cid blocked the swords and pushed Gale back. "I assumed it'd be your hammer that went Demon..." Cid kept up his attack. Gale blocked every swing. Cid thrust both hammers at him. Gale jumped over them and landed behind Cid. They stood back to back for a moment before Gale swung both swords at Cids sides as Cid brought his hammers back toward Gale's head. They both stopped their weapons before they hit and started laughing. Gale sheathed his swords and Cid put his hammers in the slot on his back. "Looks like you aren't so old after all." Cid held out his hand. "Thanks Kid...." Gale shook his hand and they smiled. The townspeople had been watching the fight and began clapping. "That was amazing!!" "Wow... Can you teach me to fight like that?!" Gale sighed and walked inside. "Gale?" Cid followed him. "Heh whats up kid?" Gale laughed. "They sure did change their minds about us pretty quick." Cid shut the door to the shop. "Yeah no kiddin...." Gale at in the chair behind the desk and Cid propped up against the wall. "Ellie and Sophie are probably worried... We should head back..." Gale nodded and grabbed the shop key. They walked outside and locked the door before heading back home.
