Bug Trouble
Gino had left after two months of staying with his Harem. He wasn't leaving for good, just taking a day long vacation to his private beach house on Isle de Gambino. The Members of the Harem were bored, tired, and hot. It was a record breaking high in Gaia. The humidity was murder. The AC had broken so nobody was in a good mood. That was only the beginning of the trouble. Miss. Peanut-Butter, one of many harem members, saw a little black and brown bug crawling past her foot. She squished it and thought nothing of it. It wasn't until she squished her sixth bug that she thought there was a problem. She caught one of the black and brown bugs, took it to the harem library, took out a large book of animals and looked for a picture that matched the bug. When she saw the matched she groaned. Periplaneta Gaianian, the common Gaian cockroach. She squished the roach and rushed to tell Rychi. When she stepped out of the library she heard a familiar crunch. When she looked down, she saw the floor scattered with the hideous bugs. She shrieked and ran into the main room.
It was totlal chaos. Half of the Harem members were stomping around squishing the buggers and the other half were running around screaming "Get it off!" or "It's in my hair! It's in my hair!". She barely got out of the building. She bent over and sighed. She straightened up and ran around looking for a pay phone. When she did, she called the exterminator and told them it was an emergency. She told them the adress and hung up. She ran back to the Harem building. She got there just as the building doors opened and the 100+ members ran out. Miss. Peanut-Butter was suprised that it took them that long to run out. She told them the exterminator was coming and to wait. The exterminator arrived 10 minutes later and none of the Harem had left. A good portion thought the bug problem could be taken care of in minutes. The rest thought they would look dumb if they left. Gray clouds started gathering in the sky while the exterminator set up a massive tent the looked like a circus tent around the Harem's headquarters. Three things happened at the exact same time:
1. The poison gas was pumped into the tent.
2. Gino arrived and asked loudly "What happened?"
3. It started to rain.
There was a group sigh and everyone left for home.
