She looks without seeing, Listens without hearing, Thinks without knowing, Without realizing. Feels without hurting, Nothing seems to be working, She is numb. And he's so dumb; So stupid for leaving her like this.
She watches him through her tears, Wonders what she was thinking these past two years.
Things left unsaid. Without blood, she has bled. She's kept it a secret inside herself, Wondering if there will ever be anyone else. Some things are just better left unsaid, Some things can raise shadows from the dead. And words can kill, But silence surely will. Silence can destroy.
She wonders how ever got this way. She sees him, thinks, is today the day? She's cried so much, But never said a thing, Because if she told him, What he already knew, He would take that power he has over her, And rip her heart in two. And he already has her heart, After he tore it out of her chest, And he never gave it back.
She wants him to know, That she doesn't care. She won't let him destroy her, Take her over, With this silence, This heartbreaking silence. Things were left unsaid, Without blood, she has bled. She's known pain, And watched the death of herself.
Just something I thought up of. If you bothered to read my whole entire journal, I'm sure you'd figure out who I'm talking about. And yeah, I know. It's been a year but I still can't get over it. Oh well. Makes for good writing material, no?
