Chapter 1
Sami stepped out of her small bed and headed for the shower.
"Wow...today is the first day of my senior year. I hope I can make more friends." She said to herself. She stripped down and stepped in. The hot water rushed into her face. "ahhhh~" It was calming. Just what she needed to start the day. She started doing a happy dance in the shower. "AYYAHHH!" She slipped.
She finished doing her hair and grabbed her bag. She said good-bye to her cat Lilu and stepped out of the apartment.
She started her short walk to the school. It was a warm day. she couldnt wait until winter so she could play in the cold snow. Just then a giant bright yellow bus rushed by her and stopped. She was confused until she saw a blonde girl running to get on. She smiled. She continued her slow pace to Lily Shrine High. The school she was in for already three years. "This is gonna be a great year!"
"Hurry hurry hurry!!!!" Chy cryed as she pushed on her uniform skirt. "Nuuuuuuuu! Why did i have to pick today of all days to sleep in!!??"
She grabbed a piece of bread and shoved it in her mouth. "mrfhhff!" She cryed to her mom. "mrff to you to Chy. Have a good day." Her mother played.
Chy ran out just in time to miss the already moving bus. "Arghhhhh!" She ran as fast as she could with her bag hitting against her leg. "now im gonna have a bruise!! Why today!!!"
The kids on the back of the bus were laughing and pointing at her. Then she heard a loud non-japanese voice...
Kat watched out her bus window as a small white girl was helplessly chasing the bus. "Ha! That chika beter pick up the pace if she wants to get on."She giggled to herself.
She turned to study some of the peeps she would be spending a year with. Not very many blacks here. She thought she stood out. She did stand out. Everyone here was Japnese. Narrow eyes and black hair was everywhere. She tryed to stay calm.
Kat previouly moved to Osaka with her Aunt. She thought it would be fun, but She forgot that she would stand out. It would need some getting use to. Then she turned to the window and shouted out "Hurry up white girl!!!!"
