I wrote this out before, and I cba to change it, so I'm copying and pasting.
Three suspects:
The wife (Tatomi Sano, aged 23, occupation: lawyer) The brother (Konumo Sano, aged 27, occupaton: chef) The guest (Notori hasaki, aged 30, occupation: doctor)
The detective: YOU!
Isanakichi Sano was found in the attic, dead, with a bullet hole in the right temple of his head. The murder weapon was a gun, but traces of poison was found on his hands and on the broken cup beside him. All three suspects claim not to have shot him, and we have no evidence against any of them. Why? Because there are no fingerprints on the gun. A pair of latex gloves lay next to the gun, but when tested for fingerprints, none were found. The estimated time of death was between 3pm and 4pm. It has been verified that the gun was used as the murder weapon, and the poison was to make it seem as though he drunk from the cup. . .
Tatomi, Konumo and Noroti were all in the living room, or so they say. At 2:59 pm, Tatomi had left the room to go to the bathroom, and Konumo left at around 3:21pm. According to Noroti, who was the only person left in the room, or so he says but has no witnesses, Konumo came back at 4:20, and Tatomi was asleep.
When the police arrived, a picture of Tatomi, Isanakichi and another girl had been left in the bathroom sink with blood on it. There was also another pair of latex gloves that carried Tatomi and Isanakichi’s finger prints.
Konumo was found carrying a knife with blood smeared on it, but he insists it wasn’t him.
