He knew this would be the hardest part he would be open for attack
to anything in doing this but he knew for what ever reason that this had to be done. At that moment he prayed and opened himself to his
God, and he prayed out loud so all who may here.
"My Lord above protect and keep me for I will use thy hands to heal
this broken and injured creation you have fromed in your hands when
she was in the very belly of her mother. I give that life back to you if
it be your will. however I feel you have something else in mind for this
sad and tormentented soul. Lord grant me the power and ability to save
this woman in your name. if that not be your will then forgive and carry
this elf's soul into your loving embrace and keep her in your presence and give her peace at last, from her suffering." As he finished he shed all deistractions and himself and his flesh he became light and surrounded the body and pored all his energy and will into the task of mending the inside as best he could. When at last his task was
compeleted he returned to his ownself and took a few moments to rest and reagain his mind and rest his weary body. After a time he noted that the bleeding had stoped and her pulse stated the same, though very weak.
The monk pulled the Viles out of his robe and pondered what to do. okay old boy, you have to do this or she will die. God grant me knowledge here, he prayed to himself. He then went over the right mixture in his mind for he had only one chance at this and he would do it right. First the MoonElf blood , she needs blood anyway and she is and elf so it makes since that she would need more Elf blood only I don't know what the moon side will to i will give 45% Moon Elf blood. Now for the Avian blood, I have heard of Avian Elves before so I know the blood can successfully mix so the Avian should give her the strength, determination, servival instinct required to pull threw and live. so 10% will be avian blood. After the math he mixed the bloods at the levels required and gave it to the elf.
After a few moments nothing happened, and the monk begain to worry for the elf. Then the body began to glow silver and she changed marking and symbols appeared on her body. Her hair began to feather on the ends and she begain to transform, on her hands into talen like claws. fathered wings formed from her arms and fangs in her mouth. Her eyes shot open instantly and the white part was now crimson red , puples dialated and turned black, irises turned vilolate purple. She staried at him breefly stare and went to take a step toward him. Then sank to the floor, screched, and changed back to her regular form still uncountous with red markings now on her face on her forhead and under her eyes.
The monk's heart calmed down as he waited for her to move again. when she didn't he causiouly walked over to her body and checked her pulse again. This time he found a visabe and strong pulse. He also noted the markings on her body disappeared except for her face and also noted a moon pin in her hair had formed, as well as a blue orb pendant, around her neck that glowed silver. The feathers had disappeared except for one also in her hair.
He then gathered his supplies back in his bag and grabbed water. He thanked the Lord as he did, poring water in a glass and while holding
the elf's head got her to take a little then managed to drink himself. He then gathered up the elf and carred her to his horse and secured her in his sattle and lead the horse out of the cave and back to his home. He would continue to nurse the elf back to full heal , and hoped that he had not just created a monster. when he arrived home and had the elf tucked into bed and was asured she was cleaned by his assistant , he pondered the days events. The monks thoughts however didn't reflect well in fact, He would learn what he accidently created ,He was appoled at his arragance. who was he to play God, he voued on that day never to dable in the arkane alcamy again. "Lord, forgive this proude and foolish old man who serves you. I pray that this elf will also forgive me some day." For that was the day after all his years in the pristhood he understood what his mentor had feared in him atlast.
