~ Intro ~
Here, I will start writing the exciting adventures that take place in my head as I sleep at night. Some are weird, and some are exciting, and some are just things that are beyond understanding. This is going to be weird, I'm certain, and if you don't like weird things, don't read it! Today, I will be talking about an adventure through the lake, and foreign cities.
~ An Escape - Flight Through The Lake and More ~ One starry, beautiful night, I awaken in a white house (I suppose it is my house in this particular dream). The guardians had seemed to be very cruel, and uninviting. "It's time to leave," I think to myself. I talk to my sister, and she agrees that it's time to do something about this. My sister and I tell all the other children about this matter, and they agree that it's time to do something about this. We all meet together in a small room, with a bright light hanging from the ceiling. I stand up, with confidence in my face, and hunger for adventure. "Alright, everybody. We all know what we need to do. The south route. The back one, the route that goes through the lake, and into south Texas." A fellow soon-to-be escapee raises their voice, and their hand. "May we pleaaase go a little southwest, towards Plano? That's where I want to live for sure!" I respond, "Sure, that's what I was sort of thinking too. Is everyone okay with this?" They all seemed to agree, so while the guardians were asleep, the 5 of us, my sister, three other children, and I agreed to set off towards Plano. The stars still shone bright above, giving everyone warm and happy feelings inside. All together, we stand on the deck of the white house, and all begin to step off the the high railing. We all fly, together. I lead them as we weave through the tall, proud pine trees. Not after long, we land on the lake shore. The sand sparkles brilliantly, reflecting the moonlight and the starlight. We all find ourselves hungry of course, so we pick berries growing near the borderline of the pine trees. The tall white house was still viewable, so we knew we had to hurry before the cruel guardians find our we are missing. I sit by my dear sister in the small circle we form for comfort. It's summertime, and we're all barefoot. Our cheeks glow red as we nibble on the red, blue, and purple berries. We hear the waves of the lake of stars hit against the sandy shore. As we are finishing, the sound of a door slam was heard from somewhere in the distance. Together as always, quickly crawled over to the edge of the water. Black goggles were spread out about the edge of the water, and we quickly grabbed one for ourselves. "We'll need these so we can see and breathe underwater!" I say. "Come on, I think we should hurry over to the neighbor's lake barge. I hope they won't mind." "Of course they won't mind ~" Exclaimed my dear sister. We all crawl into the water like little water foxes, and head right, where the neighbor's lake barge was. We stand up onto the barge, and hold hands. "See the land on the horizon? That's where we head! 1-2-3-4-5... JUMP!" I exclaim. With our black goggles on, we jump into the lake of stars, which ripples as we go in. We spread out, so our being in the lake wouldn't stand out as much, but we head in the same direction. As I fly through the lake, I can't help smiling and laughing at how much fun it is. My back towards the bottom of the lake, and my face looking at the top of the lake, I see the brilliant shining stars above me through the wall of water. I could freely laugh and see with my black goggles. I saw the man sitting in the crescent moon high above, seeing us on with good luck. I thank him in my heart, and keep on flying as fast as I could. The sleeping fish were awakened at us, but also wished us good luck, and went back to sleep. I turn my stomach to face the sandy bottom again, and see that I was close to land. A bridge near the shore let the water pass under it. I see that my dear sister is already there, making sure everyone knows to go land under the bridge. I greet her with a hug and a kiss, and guide the other three children here with her. We pass under the vacant, stone bridge, and see a clean shore to land on once again on. We all pop out of the water, saying goodbye to the lake for now, and sit on the shore, talking about the first part of our journey. We all take off our black goggles. I speak, "We left just in time, or the guardians would have found us!" "I know, I know!" says one of the friends, "I can't wait until we're done flying." I reply, "Yes, the night goes on for quite a while, so we can take our time, if we must." After we're finished talking, we all put our goggles, now dry, on again. Now, we know we need to fly above water this time, because the water ended ahead. We all jump onto the high railings of the bridge, and fly up up up up into the night sky. "Wow!" I squeal out loud. Everyone's eyes sparkled, reflecting the night lights. I begin to cry, amazed at the beauty of the night, and the glow in everyone's spirits. We join hands in the sky, as the scenery below us flies by, a dark green blur of trees and roads and houses. Our black goggles protect our eyes from the fast air, flying into our faces as we race into the night. I suddenly see an old house below us. The one that all of us were taken away from. I quickly point it out to my traveling companions, and they agree with my sister that we should land. As we slow down, our hands still joined, we calmly land in the grassy lawn of the big, beach home. the house was on a small island-like thing, which was connected to the land with a long, stone bridge. We all confidently step up to the door, and knock softly, hoping they would remember us. Our hearts race. The door opens. A young, tall, brown-haired, green-eyed lady looks down at us, the five little children who had suddenly arrived at about 5 o'clock in the morning. As she looks down at us, she says nothing. She just stares. A middle-aged, gray-haired man looks at us from inside the house. The thick books in his hands, he drops. He rushes toward the door, where we and the lady stood, and pushes her aside. He hugs each one of us, with tears in his eyes. We also find ourselves crying, for this is the man who had adopted all five of us. The one who had us in the first place. Not the cruel guardians. No one could say a word. We were all going to fly to Plano, but we had found something much better. . . - About 6 years later - We talk together in the spacious rooms of the beach house, still as thankful as we were when we arrived back. We were all much older now. As I sit down in a sofa, in the sunny living room with many windows, the one whom I love knocks on the door. My dear sister answers it, and tells him I'm in the living room. I see him, and I smile saying, "It's been a while. . ." But that's another dream to tell.
