Crystal clear water for miles around, no bottom in sight though the water never darkened or lightened as large bodies of liquid usually did. It was like standing on a mirror without a solid surface but that was another issue with this lake, ocean, or whatever it was. There was no reflection. Although there was not much to reflect in the first place. Up above was what appeared to be a dome of pure white, no deformation to mention or decoration to appreciate. Everything was pure and still. The serenity of the moment was not to last though as the middle of the pool began to bubble as if suddenly encountering intense heat. This disruption was only in one three foot diameter space though and only for a brief moment, immediately being broken as a woman came bursting out of water as if having been launched off of the unseen bottom. A gasp for breath stilled the water once more and looking around the woman seemed bewildered and terrified of what she saw around her. Her head looked down to find no body beneath her though she knew all of her limbs were moving and lifting her shaking hands above the surface, it seemed that they were still intact. Slowly she moved her hands, palm down, over the water in front of her and pressed down.
It was solid.
This comforting fact put the woman into a frenzy of motion and kicking her legs beneath the water she hoisted herself up onto the surface of the water and sat down, her knees moving up close to her chest and her arms wrapping around them. All over she was shaking violently as if being pulled out of a blizzard but it was temperate in the dome though it felt as if temperature did not even exist in such a plain setting. The woman's eyes darted around fearfully and looking down at herself, she seemed to take inventory of her limbs and digits and only ceased her increasing vibration when she found all was accounted for. Still, she seemed unsettled and slowly moving herself to a standing position she took another look around her prison.

The last thing Emma remembered was the cruel night sky. Oblivious to the pain she had been feeling at the moment and her own loneliness when it had so many companions up in the black abyss. It was not particularly a fond thing for Emma to recall as her last moments and pushing them aside she gazed around her. She could not help but ponder over the idea of being dead and being in the first stage of Heaven but seeing no clue and hearing no godly voice Emma was saddened to think that this was not the case. A dream sounded more likely but it all felt very real and it unsettled her to think that perhaps she was caught in a situation more complicated than she could comprehend. Her eyes wandered down to her feet and testing the water in front of her she found it to be stable as well. She walked with caution around the perimeter of the dome until finding her way in circles to the middle. Kneeling down she placed her hands down on the firm surface of the pool and pressed her forehead against it. With a little shove her head was underneath. Emma's brain told her to hold her breath beneath the water but instinct wanted her to breathe and appeasing to the demands of her instinct she found the water to be breathable. Underneath the pool was empty water for what seemed like forever. Not exactly a comforting sight for Emma but she noticed something just out of reach. Withdrawing her head from the water she reached her arm down deep into the water, as if reaching for something small and difficult behind a couch. What she came back with haunted her. It was nothing but a silver cross with rubies embedded in the center and ends with a family emblem stretching out in all direction. Her hand released the thing as if it were scalding hot and as it hit the water all of the world shattered. The dome above cracked in fine lines like an egg and as the last of it disintegrated, Emma fell through the water, sinking down into the abyss of the water that refused to hold her any longer.
With a gasp of pain as her chest clenched tightly, Emma attempted to sit up only to hit her head on wood. The throbbing pain helped to bring her back to reality and laying back down she found herself to be in what appeared to be a coffin. It was appropriate at that moment to go a little insane but Emma was oddly fine. Only curious as to how she had ended up there or what had happened. It seemed her memories had been lost for some reason or another. Putting her hands on the lid of the coffin she gave a small grunt of effort and after passing the apex of the motion it swung open on it's own. The force of it's opening sent the coffin off of the table it had been situation on and Emma tumbled out, her legs becoming entangled in the fabric of her outfit. Looking down at her body to try and free herself, she found that she was garbed in a wedding dress. It was beautifully woven to hug her middle in a corset-fashion and elegantly spill out around her legs without being over dramatically done. It was actually fairly slim fitting. A flowery pattern started at the side of her mid-thigh and wove up towards her abdomen. The dress also raised a fair amount of questions to be answered by whoever she found and disentangling herself, Emma stood up and gave another look around. She appeared to be in a rather musty basement and wasting no time investigating a worthless room she lifted her skirt to allow her to move more freely and finding the stairs she raced up them and flung open the door to find the body of a man blocking her view.
((PM me to continue! I was thinking some arranged marriage that goes wrong, kidnapping by a vampire, but it is really up to you as long as the idea is interesting. You do not have to write this much although five sentences is a minimum for mean and creativity is a must. I have other starters in my journal and RPCs if you do not like this one so come and talk to me!))
