Its 1:30am and I have a weird desire to write this. Oh well, here I go
First of all, don't rely on lyrics! That's the worst thing you can do, trying to learn without them.
Secondly, if its a theme song of some show, don't get comfy with the first half. Im not telling you to not learn it, go ahead, but just realize that's only half the song. It trips me up all the time only knowing half the song.
Thirdly, listen to the song all the time! I have certain songs going on repeat all the time when I sleep, it weirdly helps.
And finally, sing the song! Even if you slur and get nothing right, its great practice. Keep at it and you'll get it eventually =)
If people dont know already, I have a Japanese singing addiction. Why, I cant say.. its just so fun
Also, the amount of Japanese songs in my playlist right now is.. 37. I know about 30 of them perfectly =)
