I was just recovering from *just* carrying groceries in! And I decided I could take all my roommate's laundry into his room for him. A few years ago, that would have been so easy, I wouldn't even think about it. Now it is a feat that I do so. It's frustrating and I HATE IT!!! It was only about 30lbs of clothes! It wasn't that bad!!! But now my shoulders are burning and my arms are swollen. >o
