Not really, heh. Only two weeks and some days out. Why ? My 5+ years Power Supply of my PC died a slow and eminent death. As of August 19th, it passed away. Rest in peace.crying
Due to the tight budget of my family, I could only repair it on last Saturday, getting it back in my birthday. I've took the opportunity to not only replace the dead power supply but to add two things: - One more 4GB memory stick, upgrading my memory to 8GB; - One brand new 1TB HD from Seagate with Windows 7 Ultimate installed in it (because Windows 10 still have a load of issues), which I'll use for gaming, Gaia, deviantART and other entertainment purposes. The 500GB HD that I have will stay with Linux Mint MATE installed in it.
Since I wiped clean the latter, I had to start my new desktop from scratch. However, it took me two days to do so due to the loads of backups I have. I've re-installing mostly of my stuff that I needed to create a "gaming station" and used Windows Update to install some of its updates. It wasn't an easy task but I did it, haha! xd
I'm still working on my desktop, giving it some "finishing touches" but IMHO it's ready to go. biggrin I'm also almost finishing downloading the ISO from Linux Mint MATE, and all I'll need is to pass it to an USB pen drive and voilá! after installing it on my 500GB HD, it'll be the first time I'll ever experience a Linux Distro in my whole life. And screw Windows 10. I'll be one of those crazy mofos who'll wait until 2020.
Anyway, that's all. Have a nice weekend, folks ~ wink
PS.: Here's a preview of my OS I'll be installing:
