- the bigger thing that bothers me is that it appears too similar to feel completely uninspired by turner's work, and he doesn't say anything about perhaps being influenced by turner.

- no, she's pointing out that the picture is based on another artist's work; without even crediting them, which still classifies under the art theft clause of the sub rules: "Don't submit them!
