Very interesting piece. I like the ghostly efemeral quality of it. Otherwise, I agree with Shu Lai on all points, also the left foot is a little off.
Keep it up though, I can't say I could do any better.
I personally like the sword. Adds an interesting touch.

- I would saying maybe boost the color in the figure in the foreground so it doesn't blend into the one dropped in the back ground but that technique works well for this piece and I like your border =)
