Avatar art done for a friend. She based her avy on the Priestesses from The Mists of Avalon by Marion Zimmer Bradley. They're usually described as wearing dark colors, so the drawing is not exactly accurate. But I liked the red version more than the original black version I've done. The very style is inspired by the fabulous art featured in Gankutsuou The Count of Monte Cristo.
Line art and shading done in Lead Pencil, color and textures added in Photostudio. Completed 2008. - Date: 09/30/2008
