I had another one on my account Kuroneko Joshin, but this version is improved a little.
He's head of the Chibi Island Police Department, a cold person but with some hidden feelings inside as well.

- A very nice drawing, just by looking at it I could guess that he was a strict authority figure... His arm just needs to be a little longer (the straight one)
