**Please take this as constructive critisism!
His head is pretty off balance even though I can tell it's from an angle in the picture. His nose is quite warped, the nostril's too high. The face definitely lacks a center point and proportions need to be practiced and by shading only part of his hair in a picture where there's very few highlights, it actually makes it look slightly less neat. He's also very stiff, but the hands aren't that bad in this piece.
