From the pulse of the star shape (sorry, im not so good with english) and the little details on the hand and hears, i think you copy it from the orginal and just change it a little.
BUT STILL! I like your idea! And the concept of the uniform is looks fantastic ^-~

- I like this a lot. You have a grasp of anatomy and a lot of people who draw in manga style haven't. The only thing that bothers me (and it bothers me only a little) is that the pattern on her right arm kind of blends in with the pattern on her stomach. I had to look twice to see it. Otherwise, nicely done!

the face is shaped kind of wierd :/
and the hair doesnt have a natural flow :/
BUT
u drew the body and the clothes and the hands pretty well
i think you show ALOT of promise ^^
