This is a picture I came up with after listening to a song called "Shining Star". I know there's a mistake in the picture, but I like mistakes. It's makes it real.

This is really cute. Especially the way you drew her fin is very creative.
The only thing disturbing is that you used nearly no shading...
try to add some more details.
For example the hair could have some little hairs, the fin needs some scales and the wings... well... what are they made of? Scales? Letather? Wings? Algae?
