- since you did this purely about fashion, I'll rate on concept, not on actually drawing skills. I like the gown, it's simple yet elegant. Keep at it.

this is ok.
improve on the belt.
(not being perverted) make the breasts a little bigger maybe.
make the neck shorter and the head only slightly bigger.
make the facial features more realistic, or, a bit better.
dont get me wrong, it is good.
