- The necks are.... giraffelike, the noses are huge and the person huddling looks very 2d.

The eyes are like, beyond huge. Even for the anime style of drawing. And the noses on the people who have the profile view of them, their noses are gigantic. Just the heads in general are huge on everyone except the guy in the front and the guy in the back. The guy on the far left, his neck is really long. Your drawing skills are.. Alright. But, nothing is really in proportion with anything.
