Not gonna lie, this looks like crap.
Don't get me wrong, you have awesome potential.
But this, my dear, looks like crap.
I really wasn't trying to be mean about that either, i do like the idea of this. You just need to practice. Try finding a picture of something or someone and drawing it. Eventually, that way, you get really good. I look forward to seeing you become better smile
