A few things:
1) when saying how long you spent working on a piece. Its typical to say how many hours actually working on it. Its just more accurate.
2) The hair looks great, but much of the rest needs a little work. The hands are basically mirrored, which looks bad and too symmetrical. The forearm on the far right side is much smaller than the left. Dont be afraid to break the edge of the page with the body.
3) Id suggest conceptart.org, and look through the forum section. - Report As Spam
