She's good but you should work on the hands (Hell that's hard I know, your hands are better than mine not fair!!!) and I think sche could use
1) if you wanna leave it black and white a little shadow
2) some color if you prefer that above black and white
3) maybe a combination of shadow and color.. - Report As Spam
