tip time sweetems, first offf don't draw hair like that, it always looks better when it's an outline and not lines. 2nd off your head is to big, unless your drawing a chibi, also make your neck smaller. And think about proportions the arms are way to short, and your faces need a bit work, as well as your hair. I hope this helps you become a better artist. if you have any questions feel free to ask.
