Seems to be alright. The hair could be a bit more flowy (I doubt the product in her hair causes it to all lay in one direction, flat, and only spread at the end). A widening of the character for anatomical reasonings and a tapering in the legs, along with some detail in the shoes are needed. Not the worst I've seen, but it could easily use improvement.
