Interesting design. A very thin head for a very thick neck. Maybe take a look at some anatomical sketches or what have you? And keep the under-scales to one style. The shading is decent and the spikes are alright along the neck, but the transfer between head and neck looks odd. Overall, a decent piece lacking in back ground or darker parts.
