- There's a lot of stray lines that really need to be cleared up, and while I know some programs pixilate (try saving it as a .png rather than a .jpeg) you should work on keeping the lines clean as well. Also, the pencil is weird, sticking straight up like that... overall, though, the outline isn't bad.

- with all those lines crossing each other, it rather looks a bit confusing, which is a shame because I think it doesn't look bad at all. you should try colouring it, is what I think.
