I drew this last month,it was drawn on April 2nd. Which is Hidan's birthday. He is a character from Masashi Kishimoto's anime/manga series Naruto Shippuden. For those of you familiar with the series; I have drawn him in a sort of in between state. He's in the middle of transforming into the ritual form.
