Horrible editing - tone it down a little. The picture would be interesting enough without the overediting.
Get the original picture, add a *bit* of brightness/contrast (lower brightness, up contrast), add a slight unsharp mask, maybe edit the levels a bit, then play with the saturation (not too much - like you did with the picture above) and color balance. - Report As Spam

- The colours are too bright causing it to looke like it's neon, which isn't good in this case since hte vest is white.
