- It could use some contrast. The photo looks as though it should have been taken in portrait mode, since the trees on the side are distracting. The waterfall is the main subject in this photo, and you should so that. Taken vertical could show more of the waterfall and less of the trees and plants around it. The tree right in the middle in front of the waterfall is also distracting, if you could find a place just a little to the right it would have been nice.
