Sitting around the small pit-fire that Aiden had started, Rebecca, Nathan, Aiden himself, Marie, and Connor took turns drinking off the bottle of Jack Daniel's that Connor had brought from home. For a moment, Connor stared at the fire, then took a mouthful of the alcohol. Casting a smirk back at both the girls, he faced the fire again and let the alcohol out of his mouth in a fine mist.
"Oh, that's brilliant, Connor..." Marie said, rolling her eyes. "A dumbass move like that is something to be greatly admired..." Snuggling a bit closer to Aiden, Marie closed her eyes. "If I drink anymore, I'll puke. And it won't be pretty."
Connor let out a hearty laugh and looked at Aiden and Marie, then to Nathan and Rebecca. "Damn girl. You really can't hold your liquor that well, can you? Becca's smaller than you are, and she can outdrink you!" Shaking his head, he again took another mouthful of the alcohol and spit it towards the flaming pit.
"Dude, knock it off Connor. You're making a jackass out of yourself." Nathan looked sharply at Connor as he spoke. "We're not even supposed to be here, and your dumbass is making it obvious." Lightly, he brushed the hair away from Rebecca's eyes, and laid a soft kiss upon her forehead. "You feelin' alright hun?"
Rebecca nodded softly. "M'fine... I just don't want to drink anymore." Nuzzling her face softly against his chest, Rebecca smiled softly. "We've burned through almost the whole bottle, and I still have to go home at some point. My parents are gonna be so pissed that I'm going home tanked."
"Your parents are too strict, Beckster." Aiden said in a flat tone. "You're what? Seventeen now? Next year you'll be out of their house and on your own. They need to let you live a little."
Nathan shook his head. "That's not the case at all, Aiden. Her parents actually give a damn about what she does with her life. They don't want her to wind up like some wasteoid like her brother is."
Rebecca shifted uncomfortably against Nathan. She hated to talk about Jaesyn. The biggest reason behind that was the fact that when she was younger, he'd made the promise to always be there for her. Once he'd turned 18, he'd disappeared. Shaking her head, Rebecca sighed. "Look, let's not bring Jaesyn into this okay?" she said, a certain instability in her voice as she spoke.
"Why not talk about him, Beck?" Marie asked, her green eyes sparkling brightly with the compliments of fire. "I mean, isn't that supposed to help you feel better or something?"
Rebecca shook her head. "I just don't like talking about him. It bothers me. To know that someone could break that kind of promise with me, literally broke my heart."
"Oh..." Marie whispered, resting her head against Aiden's shoulder softly. "My head hurts."
"Bunch of lightweight drunks..." Connor hissed, stuffing his hands in his pockets. Instantly, a menacing smirk crossed his lips. "Becca, lemme see your bandanna."
Casting her dark blue eyes at Connor, Rebecca frowned. "Why? What sort of ingenious stupidity do you have planned now?"
"Shut up and give me the bandanna."
"Connor, relax. Jesus..." Nathan and Aiden spit, staring at him for a moment.
Sighing heavily, Rebecca removed the bandanna from her head, and passed it to Connor. "Don't be an idiot, Connor."
Connor chuckled and stood up, staggering a little bit. Walking around behind the rest of his group of friends, he proceeded with stuffing the bandanna into the bottle. "Hey, someone start singing a song, will you? I want to hear a goddamn song!" he yelled.
Rebecca slowly sat up and looked at Connor. "You're gonna be the dumbass who gets us in trouble..." she admonished, shaking her head. Thinking for a moment, she looked at Marie. "Pick a song, Marie..."
Marie shrugged her shoulders. "Sing that one you sang last night, while Aiden played the guitar. That one was amazing."
Aiden chuckled a little bit, and cast his eyes back to Connor, watching him suspiciously.
"Right... I can do that." Tucking her chestnut hair back behind her ear, Rebecca sighed softly, and started to sing. 'There's a fire burning in the distance, a single spark had lit the way, I get so lost in the inconsistency, And I'm at a loss for words to say-'"
In an instant, the gang heard the sound of breaking glass, and looked back at Connor. Nathan stood quickly, and grabbed Connor's shirt. "What the hell are you doing?"
"Whatever I feel like doin'!" he hollered, past the point of caring who heard him.
"Connor, you're an idiot!" Aiden said, also standing, but practically falling over in the process. "'The hell did you do that for?"
Laughing, Connor shook his head. "You morons wouldn't understand even if I explained it in elementary school terms."
Rebecca shot a look at Connor, her dark blue eyes suddenly very full of fear. "No, Connor, we get 'idiot' in every language..." she growled, eyeing the building in which he'd just thrown his homemade Molotov at. "How the hell are we going to put it out, moron?"
Marie looked at Rebecca, noticing the fear in her eyes. 'What the hell are we gonna do.'
In what appeared to be a blur of movement to everyone else, Rebecca stood and darted towards the house. Staggering slightly in her run she looked around for a moment. "I need help!" she yelled back at the rest of her friends.
"Fix it, Connor!" Nathan hollered, tightening his grip on Connor's shirt. In retaliation, Connor brought his knee up to Nathan's stomach, causing the boy to let go.
"What's a matter, Nate? Afraid of a little adrenaline?" Laughing again, he turned and looked back to Rebecca. "What's the point? Let it burn down! Not like anyone uses it anyway!" Stretching his arms out as far as they would reach, he laughed again. "You only live once guys! Break a rule or two!"
"Hey! Where did Rebecca go?" Aiden said, looking around rapidly. "s**t..."

Hiya Nova, sweetie.
I've read all three of the stories now, and I think they're all great.
Your writing is excellent, and the description is phenomenal.
As well, it's realistic... you could picture a bunch of teens getting piss drunk and screwing up, because it happens.
I honestly cannot wait for the next part.
Hope you have as much fun writing this as I did reading it! - Report As Spam
