• "It's a girl!" The doctor exclaimed. The room erupted with shouts of glee. For the first time in over six hundred years, a girl had been born to the McAngelo clan.

The only person who didn't join in the celebration was Tatyana, the adopted daughter of the family. They had given up hope of having one of their own, so they had adopted. They had found Tatyana as a baby, dumped in the snow on the streets of Heaven's Grove, their home town. They brought her home and raised her as their own. Now they had one. THey didn't need her.

"Hey Mom, do we need to re-decorate the nursery?" The oldest of the eight McAngelo children asked.

"Of course, Marcus. A girl can't live in a boy's room,"his mother gave a tinkling laugh at the question.

"But it'll take forever!" Marcus whined.

"Not if you use the right spell. Darling, do it for your new baby sister," she said, giving him her irressistable puppy-dog eyes.

He sighed."Yes Mother. It'll be done by the time she comes home."

"That's my boy! Now, what do you think we should name her?"

"Well, I think Father should be the one to name her." The fourteen-year-old stated.

His father looked startled. The only child he had participated in naming was with Marcus."I think we should name her Isabella, after the star." He said, looking at his precious daughter gently.

"It's beautiful. Isabella Amelia McAngelo, welcome to the family." Maria said.

The family surrounded the bed, looking at the little miracle. Nobody was happier than the McAngelo clan.

"It's time to put the baby in the nursery," A nurse said, walking into the room. Maria was reluctant to gice her baby girl to the nurse. That was a good thing becuase the nurse was actually a woman hired to steal the new bundle of joy.

Once she had the baby in her hands, the "nurse" smiled."She'll be in good hand's. Don't you worry on bit." the woman turned and walked out of the room, careful not to show her true colors.
