• The wind blown to my face with small, wet snowflakes. The sky was white and gray like the television screen from the early 1900's. Everyone were playing in the snow like wild monkeys. Throwing snowballs, sledding on the slopes, and ice skating on the pond made everyone joyful.
    As I dodged through the snowballs, I made it to school. Though I was an hour early, I had my laptop on the research in the maze-like library. The librarian gave me a key since she knew me very well. It allowed me to have peace and quiet.
    After I finished my research, I turned off and closed my laptop, got my stuff, then left the library. School didn't start until 15mins. Even though school hasn't even begun, almost everyone got inside to warm up from the cold.
    As I was close to my classroom, it felt faraway. It was like those sleeping hallucinations when things go bad. When I got to the door, the teacher wasn't there, but everyone was. Even though I got to class, no one noticed me. I was alright with it, but all all my friends were in other classes.
    "Hello Aki," greeted Shino.
    "Good morning," Shino's friend said back.
    Even though Aki's Shino's friend, she is his girlfriend. I was a bit jealous of her. I really had a small crush on Shino when we were in grade school He and I were friends, but something happened and we no longer kept in contact.

    Since my years in grade school were ok, every once a year, I'd get a rose. It was strange, but i was also mystified. I've never knew anyone liked me since I was odd. It would also include a card in the shape of a heart. Come to think of it, that day was Valentine's Day. My friends were really jealous, they'd say:
    "That is so sweet! I wish I'd have a secret admire," or "You're so lucky!"
    It's been a long time since then. All I just want to know is that who my secret admire.

    "Miss Okinawa?" the teacher called on me.
    "Oh... Yes sensei?" I said in a quick nervous tone.
    "Please go and give Shino's homework and his school bag please. He's at the nurse," the teacher instructed me.
    "Yes sensei," I agreed to do.
    As I walked over to the teacher, someone tripped me. When I looked up at the person who did it, it was Aki! After I got up, she and her little gang laughed at me. I turned pink for the sign of humiliation.
    I quickly dashed for Shino's homework, grabbed his back pack, and the fled to the nurse.
