In the future, two thousand years from now something terrible will happen. It was a cloudy day in Sunnyvale, Louisiana, and Dakota and her brother, Alex, were playing a video game. Dakota and Alex lived in a house that bordered the beach. Their parents were out of town celebrating their anniversary. This was cool and legal, because with their parents gone they could do anything they wanted. The legal part was that Alex was old enough to watch Dakota.
“Come on sis one more round of Battle Wars 3”, pleaded Alex.
“No”, Dakota sighed,” you have beat me three times in a row already. I think that’s enough for one day.”
Dakota was getting tired I mean it was 7:30 pm the usual time she went to sleep. Alex couldn’t hide it he was tired also, so they packed up the video game and went up to bed. Little did they know what was going to happen that night.
That night at around 11:30 pm a strange thing happened a meteor crashed into the ocean. When the meteor crashed in to the ocean two things happened. When the meteor cashed in to the ocean it spread a radioactive reaction that contaminated all the sea animals in a 100 mile radius. Also when it crashed it caused a rather big wave that made.
In the mourning, Dakota woke to the sound of screams. They were coming from the direction of the beach. She quickly got up and headed towards her window and saw the huge crowd of people on the beach in colluding Alex. She heryed and took a shower and put on some blue jean shorts, a blue flowered shirt, and some white flip flops. She ran through the house and out the back door to the beach.
As soon as she got there she saw the problem. There were hundreds of animal lying on the beach they looked dead. She quickly found Alex and asked him what was going on even though she had a good idea.
“I’m not sure”, Alex said calmly,” but I know it’s not good the Mayor is even down here with several scientist. Listen…”
“People of Sunnyvale, Louisiana listen please”, said the Mayor in a loud, calm voice,” as you all know this is a tragic event. These bodies will have to be taken to the lab for further study.”
Dakota went over to one of the sea animal bodies, feeling sad for the sea animals. Then she noticed something weird the sea animal was still alive. It was breathing. She wanted to say something but was to terrified. Soon every one left the beach including Alex and Dakota.
Alex noticed Dakota’s face. He just keep quiet he hated talking about feelings. Not the best brother in the world but he was caring. Then he turned on the TV. Then they heard a knock on the door. It was a police officer.
“Excuse me but you two kids must evacuate the premises”, said the officer in a frantic voice.
“Why”, asked Alex in a startled tone.
“Because did you see those beached sea animals on the beach this morning?” asked the officer.
Dakota and Alex nodded with a scared look on their faces they knew this news wasn’t good.
“Well they have started to attack the city and everyone was supposed to evacuate!”
The officer’s face was turning red you wouldn’t be able to tell if it was from annulment or from being scared.
“Well how are we supposed to evacuate I can’t drive a car and our parents are out of town?” Alex asked.
The officer was about to answer then he got gobbled up by one of the sea animals. After the animal was done with the officer it turned around and looked at Dakota and Alex with hungry eyes. Dakota and Alex started to run but sadly Dakota fell and before Alex could reach her, she was gobbled up by the sea animal. Alex felt a sudden burst of sadness in his heart then he wondered what he would say to his parents about the attack. The thought just about killed him on the inside of him so he let the animal devour him.
Note: the humans were able to kill most of the sea animals but a few escaped to go create a new army I will make a sequel if you Gaians want me to so just comment to tell me whether to make a sequel or not
