• *(PART ONE)*

    Closing my eyes as I sit on top of a mountain, my heart beats hard and blood rushes to my ears. It's all I can do to stop myself from exploding in anger. You'd think that sitting on the top of the tallest mountain in the world would hurt to some degree. Not at all. Well for me, it doesn't hurt, but don't try it yourself. You see, what happened, I'm sure, was all a mistake. The car accident, the blood, the ambulance... but the rest of it doesn't make sense. The people talking... "Dr. Russel, we can't let them die off... we have to do something!! We could-" But that part got cut off by sharp pains in my body.

    It's all fuzzy, and I'm sure Elli can't remember a thing too. I stand up... remembering is just a big pain. I also remember that night when the doctor... kissed me sweatdrop it was confusing. I open my eyes to the sea. The sky is luminious like my mom's eyes.. but those eyes are long gone. The ocean is like my dad's big bear hug... but those too, are long gone. I spread my arms out wide. It's time to leave...the world... but I know I can't. I step off the mountain and feel cool air rushing against my face. It's the only thing I can really appreiciate now.

    Past the clouds, I almost forget- and then I open my wings...a 6 foot beauty. Black and spotted gold with white speckles. I jerk up hard to face the wind and the cruel evil doctors... or freaking buttoles that did this to me. I'm gunna kick their sorry butts and make them wish this never happened. I am aiborne and I am ready to kick some mad scientists butts!
