Chapter 1
1
The car was flying by in high speed down the main road in Seoul. He stared at the data he had gotten earlier today on the small computer screen in the car. It showed a man with green eyes. He was almost bald, looked like he was in his fifties maybe, and had beard all over his face.
He had the top of the car down on his cabriolet and let the wind blow through his brown hair. The phone rang. He groaned, slightly annoyed and answered.
“It’s me, Alex. I got the data you sent me earlier today” he said.
“What? Are you crazy? The place is more guarded than Fort Knox or perhaps even Area 41!” he said. The man on the computer screen showed some important information about him. He had a huge heroine industry which produced millions of Korean won to his bank account every year and also had several other industries. One of his heroine growing fortresses was equipped with the latest technology when it came to spying and privacy.
It had five hundred men guarding the whole fortress so no one could come in or out. But he knew one man that could do the job for him.
“Hey, there’s one thing you could do for me. You know that guy who asked me a favor, right? I told you about him before. Anyway, I’ll need you to fetch him for me, we’re gonna plan it together” Alex said and smiled.
“Yeah, I’ll be sure to hunt the pawn down” he said and hung up. He knew it was going to be a great day.

“Jung Woo!” the voice yelled. It was faint and distant almost as from the sound you could hear from the speakers when music was playing really loud. I’m still dreaming, he thought.
“Jung Woo!” the voice yelled. It became stronger now, but it still sounded distant.
“Jung Woo!” he felt something on the head. An instant pain came and then vanished. He opened his eyes. It took him awhile to get used to the faint lit room. He looked up and saw a girl standing over his face. She smiled at him. He got nervous of all sudden when looked in to her brown eyes.
“When did you wake up?” he asked.
“Just recently. Here’s the lyric. I finished it for you yesterday when you fell asleep. I’m starting to think coffee has reversed effect on you, Jung Woo!” she said. Jung Woo laughed.
“Somehow, I still can’t think he did it” he said. There was an awkward silence surrounding the room for a while.
“I can’t believe it either. ‘Suppose he’s ok? There was an awful amount of blood yesterday” the girl said.
“Well, that guy is the luckiest ******* alive if he ever gets through this mess without any mental problems or permanent physical injuries” Jung Woo said. He rose from the couch he had been sleeping on and looked around the room after his clothes. Realizing that it was a girl there, he quickly blushed and looked down. Thank God, I still have my clothes on, Jung Woo thought.
“Well, I’m out for school now. I’ll see you later Jae-Dong” he said and kissed her on the cheek. Jae-Dong blushed and was still a bit disoriented when she closed the doors and went to school herself.

She was lying on the ground, freezing. Her left leg hurt after yesterday’s incident. After opening her eyes, she started feeling dizzy. Her stomach felt like it was gonna burst any minute. She bent her head down and threw up. She looked up. There were people walking around her around six o’clock. Many of them were on their way to work and rushed. They ignored her completely. She was almost invisible for them. But then again, it was something she had been used to become.
Fear overwhelmed her as she rose from the ground.
How could she get so drunk!? She groaned in despair and she felt her head beating faster and faster like it was about to explode in any minute. She could smell the faint smell from coffee from a café and could hear the laughter, unaware that a girl that was beaten up by her father was lying drunk on the street pavement near a dark alley.
She looked at her arm and saw the blood running down.
“And so another day has begun…” she said quietly to herself as she started walking down the street to school.

Alex was stopped by a guard. The guard greeted him and checked him. After a several seconds he let Alex pass through the door. The room was already filled with people who were chatting with each other and seemed quite pleased with the world. The room was dark and a huge screen was shown in the center of the left room. In the north there was a huge window with special armed glass that could take most guns up to 40 calibers.
When he came in to the room, everyone went quiet. They sat down on the table. Alex let the chaos begin.
