Day 2, Week 1
I am currently in St. Gabriel's church. this place is so beautiful. It's a pity it doesn't offer any protection from demons. Even I am allowed here. I often reject that i am demon. That causes me to be denied acess to certain places on rare occasions. Most of those places are churches. I sit in the very first pew with a group of mortals I have rounded up. they are all scared. None of them know what i am. they never wil. Even if somehow i can save them, they will not be allowed to know what i am. If they find out they will be killed in their own panic. The names of the survivors of the apocalypse are John, David, Amy, Michael, Jenny, and Sally. Tomorrow I am going to try to teach them to defend themselves. that is if they live that long. John and Amy are on the brink of dying. They were attacked long before I reached them. Amy is barly breathing. i don't think she'll make it to see the morning sun. I may put her out of her misery while the others are sleeping. john is seriously injured, but his wounds are not fata. He just needs time to recover. he won't be able to move for at least a couple of days. david is in good shape. he took refuge here when he saw demons flying through the streets killing people. I admire the fact that he also managed to grab some useful tools in his panic. Not many mortals have the ability to think in a panic. They just run around in circles like frightened cattle. Daivd got ahold of swords, holy water, food, regular water, andf a few guns. none of them have extra ammo though. Two pistols each has one full clip and that's it. that's all he got. Michael is Amy's husband and is concerned for Amy. I don't know how he will react t her death. He seems like the suicidal type. I don't want to loose another morta. I need to make sure i keep a close eye on this one. Jenny... I honnstly can't tell you too much about jenny. She's been sitting in the confessional booth since we got here. She has been mumbling to herself the whole time. I can't understand a thing that she says. no one can. poor girl. she must have been scared pretty badly. she may have witnessed someones death. I know how gruesome of an event that can be. all I can say about Jenny is that she is holding up pretty well. especially if she witnessed a death like I suspect. That leaves Sally. now this girl has fire in her soul. I like her. I think she's my favorite out of all the survivors I have found so far. Sally is the laeader type. A regular chloric. She is constantly making plans about how to ration out food, where to go to get more supplies, and of course what is going on at the moment. She has already yelled at me for writting in this little journal. hmph, that's a laugh isn't it. A mortal yelling at a demon to get off her lazy @$$ and help her look around to make sure there are no demons around. if only she knew. She would have drenched me in holy water then cursed at the top of her lungs questioning why it wasn't working. I better go help Sally look around since it seems like I'm one of the only people who knows what a demon is........
