Hmm, I like it but maybe try rewording"My friends have picked me up off the ground" to something more like "My friends have lifted me off the ground" so you dont have the jumble of little words that make the reader stumble.

- It has a good message and all...but a lot of the rhyming seems forced..maybe if you put more words in between the rhymes and describe more and put more emotion in it...it wouldn't seem as forced
