How remorseful 'tis to live in sorrow,
How bothersome to be in pain,
Never excited about tomorrow,
In a life dreary as pouring rain,
As mangled and torn as a lion's mane,
Oh, how I despise a life of sadness,
Any happiness I seem to refrain,
I wish to flee from this sobby madness,
This sad life is never filled with gladness,
I can't ever seem to stop this frowning,
This horrible pain I wish to address,
But I don't so I'm forever drowning,
It always is so overpowering,
Enclosing, a mix of sorrow and fear,
Inside,I can feel the sadness towering,
Happiness I try to find, but is not near,
I wish to be able to feel happiness,
Why am I not happy, it seems so queer,
Please chains of sorrow set me free,
Please chains of sorrow set me FREE!

- It's really good except for the emoticon. Also, I wouldn't have added the same description... 5/5 just because I think your style of poetry should be at the top rather than those sappy true stories in the form of "exquisite"*cough* poetry.
