You cant see it
You cant feel it
But its there
you may not want it
but it happens anyways
bad things happen during it
good things happen during it
all kinds of things happen during it
But no matter what, over time, things get better.

Did you count how many times you used the word "it"?
I understand that may be part of your intent, but it gets too repetitive, and that's not always a good thing.
Sentence structure needs major work.
