A Man's Speech to a King

I am both a peasant and a prince,
and apparently a liar since
I've told a thousand tales
of worlds far beyond your fables.
I've seen the things you fear
and in doing so it's clear.
I'd rather fear the things you see,
for their normalcy does bother me.
And I've heard ten thousand songs
of countless rights, and countless wrongs.
So tell me sire, if you please,
which kind shall I hear from thee?
