a world with no eyes
scene one through blind minds
no color by number
only darkness may embrace
to touch bruised flesh
and heal old wounds
to smell scents unknown
not to look but to taste
only darkness may embrace
masking sights imagined
heard with collected sounds
soul hardened by blank pages
and empty space
lumpy knots in the road
nothing is unfeeling
let the darkness embrace
in a world dependent on saving face

Description:
just a random poem that I found in a journal from 09 in August
this is raw, just added a decent ending and a few spelling errors fixed.
(had to slap together a title quick!)
please comment and rate. yay or nay?
no meaning behind it that I can remember but it had to come from somewhere. take it for what it is and interpret.

Hm, nice
Personally I think it's about how to world is blind sometimes, and everyone seems concerned with the wrong things.
Anyway, I like the poem and the repeat of "only darkness may embrace" really sets it in. 4/5 because I lost track around and couldn't really understand the fourth stanza - Report As Spam
