You told me you love my blue eyes,
You told me you never tell lies.
You told me how you feel,
You told me this was real.
You told me how much you cared,
You told me you always shared.
You told me you hold my heart,
You told me we'd never be apart.
You told me math was a bore...
...But you also told me you don't love me anymore.

i like the sentiment, i do not like the rhymes. i like how the second line and the last line sort of null everything else that the person has said. Again, poetry doesn't have to rhyme but good job.
