The darkness that gets in her way,
wrapping ITS fingers around her throat...
She can't scream..
Was that what she deserved??


She remembers it all.

Those cold hands,

The hate in IT'S eyes that glistened in the moonlight
The anger and frustration in IT'S tone
What happened to you?
What made you so cold?
Who hurt you so badly enough to take it out on her?


She'll never fully explain what happened
No,not to a single soul
"if I let you in you'll just want out" she says.


But she hopes you'll never leave
She screams: "Dont go,I can't do this on my own!
I can't live with myself
Please just stay with me tonight,
Save me from the nightmares
That chase me all throughout the night."

Well, it needs cleaning up, as it has style and grammar errors, though doubtless some of that is choice. You go from saying "IT" to "you" - not helpful. Then, you use "you" later to mean (I believe) someone different - still not helping the reader understand.
It is a piece with potential, though. Could be a very moving, impactful piece.

I love this. I can honestly relate to the pain, even though I've never been abused. The last stanza really hit me hard, I never really thought anyone understood that. I still think people don't see it well. Thank you.
