    Pain, sorrow
    Tears about to overflow

    Suddenly
    I leap out of my body and am soaring above the ground
    My feet barely visible

    Power and energy
    Flowing freely through my veins
    The sun heals my wounds

    No matter what kind,
    How harsh, Or deep.

    The warmth,
    Combining itself with adrenaline
    Suddenly i once again
    Feel embodied

    My feet and heart
    Pounding in unison
    My skin and the earth
    Brown on brown

    Harmony and inner peace
    And slowly very slowly
    I come back to my own body
    Only to discover that in my life

    Nothing has changed.
