This is the story continued

She had never seen the prison cells before because they didn't have a need to lock anybody in there. It was a dark tunnel lit only by a few lanterns along the walls. You could see that it hadn't been used in a while by the grime and mildew that had accumulated against the wall. The smell was overpowering too. Something had to have died and rotted down here. At least the cells were decent. They weren't first class, but they weren't undecent either. Lucian sat on a cot in the biggest cell. Red unlocked the door, and let her in, then locked it back up. He said they had five minutes.
"Why would you do something like that Lucian? I believed you."
"I don't know."
"Why did you want to talk to me?"
He stood up and walked behind her. The vampire in him came out. He stood behind her and placed his hands on her shoulder. He whispered into her ear. "They're coming. All your people will die, and you won't be able to stop them." His words were ensnaring her. She was falling into a trance. He sidestepped so he was facing her. He grabbed her nearer, and held onto her. Her smell was so nice and fragrant. He couldn't wait to taste her blood. He heard the bells, knew they were under attack. The plan was working. He whispered into her ear again speaking of all the deaths that would occur. She didn't hear him, she had gone into a deep sleep. He gained control of himself and suppressed his vampiric instincts.
"HAVN NMA KECG NMEN KVIRB IOC PED!" The spell immediately took action and the bars that held the cell door together melted within seconds. Lucian lifted Akuya into his arms and ran out of the building. Once outside, he could see just exactly how the plan was working. Right now there were two groups, so that meant two forces had still not come in. Seeing as how his mission was almost over he looked for Cat. He found him not too far away from the main entrance.
"Cat are we taking captives?"
"Why?"
"If we are, I have one in mind. His name is Red, you can't miss his red hair. If you can, bring him to the camp. I think we still can have some fun out of this."
"I'll do it if I can, you just get her down to the camp unharmed."
"Yes sir." He bowed and went out of the gates. He flew all the way down the hill carrying her all the way. Once they were in the camp he brought her to his own tent and layed her down on his cot. Soon she would wake and he wanted to be there when she did. Meanwhile, Red had decided to look down in the cells, they needed her help. He knew something was wrong almost before he got there. He could smell the hot metal, and then he saw the pool of hot metal that was once the cell that held Lucian, and Akuya was nowhere in sight.
He ran out of there in a rage so full of fury, he almost killed several of his own men. He scoured the city and killed many of the vampires until one got in his way that matched him in skill. He had black hair and the weirdest eyes he had ever seen. With every blow that he threw at the man, creature, whatever it was, it would throw one just as strong back. He didn't sense the man that came behind him, nor did he feel the dagger that he used to knock him senseless.
The city was captured by midday. The people of Sithentia couldn't fight anymore so they gave up on the agreement that they wouldn't kill anymore people. Cat left several hundred of his men to start setting up the city for the Blood King's arrival and set up the new laws. He left with his captive in tow. Red thought Akuya dead, and gave up his hope for life. He went willingly with Cat down to their camp for torture and ultimately death.
Akuya woke up a few hours past midnight. She felt someone pour a cold liquid down her mouth only to realize it was just water. She sat up and saw Lucian, not Red. "Where am I? Why am I here? What did you do to me?"
"You are in the camp of the Blood King and his faithful servants. Why you are here, I cannot say, and I did nothing to you except put you in a peaceful sleep."
She started to get up but realized her arms were chained to the bed. "I'm not as stupid as you think I am. I can't let you get away before he sees you now can I?"
"Why do you listen to him, you're not like them are you? You can't be because...because you're just like me."
"What are you talking about? You don't even know who you are."
"But you have it too. The symbol at the base of your neck. I saw it."
He slapped her and she stopped talking. She wiped the little bit of blood that was running from her nose onto her shirt. She glared at him. She leaned back against the pillow and closed her eyes. She recited her poem in her head again and again, then a thought came to her. "Where's -" She stopped when she saw a large mountain-like cat bound onto Lucian. Lucian grabbed it by the neck and held it there for a moment before dropping it to the ground. Leo hadn't skipped a beat. He followed Lucian and didn't attack until the right moment. He growled at Lucian then jumped onto the bed next to Akuya. He purred lightly and nuzzled his head against her chest.
"What the hell is that thing?"
"It's my cat. He's my companion. He's my protector."
"What about Red? Doesn't he know you're missing?"
She was silent. Why hadn't he come to look for her, unless he got killed. A tear trickled down her face.
