I'm at work right now, working on creating a special effect for a Swedish Christmas (well, it'll run from December 1 to December 24) serie for TV.

And suddenly it feels like I am actually working like the rest of them... probably because this is the 129428497 time I do this particular effect (ok, I'm exaggarating, so what? =P).
But at the same time it also feels very nice, because this means I've actually learned enough to be trusted with this task.

When I first got there, they put me in front of a huuuge computor screen and said "this is the program you will work in for now". I had never seen Shake before in my entire life. That was a shocking experience.
On the other hand, as I came here with no prior education, they don't have any high expectaions when it comes to my performance, so I guess every little new thing I do makes them content.

I've been here for two months and five days now (I'm also counting the weekends, since I usually do something work-related at home then). And I love this place.

I just hope I get good enough to get a job or a paid internship instead of my current UNpaid internship.

So from now on, as I feel like I get Shake at least a little bit, I'm going to brush up my skills in 3D and matte painting... at least during the weekends. ^_^
But no worries, I will still continue to work on your commissions!
